SXM drag race

The SXM Drag Race 2026 will take place on Saturday, May 30 and Sunday, May 31, organized by the Association Moto Action du Nord (A.M.A.N.). The event will bring together top motorcycle racers from the region, including participants from Saint-Eustache, Guadeloupe, Sint Maarten, and Saint-Martin.

On Saturday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, participants will complete technical and administrative checks, followed by warm-up laps and final bike adjustments. The official competition begins on Sunday at 7:00 AM, with riders competing in several categories, including Pro Stock, Street Bikes, Scooter, T-Max, and Quad. There will also be car demonstrations on the track.

Safety is the main focus of the event. Riders must have the required license, medical certificate, and full protective gear. A road-safety prevention village will also be open to the public on Sunday, featuring interactive workshops and driving simulators.

The event will be held along RN7 between the Hope Estate roundabout and the entrance of Grand Case. That section of road will be closed during parts of the weekend, and parking will be available only in the Hope Estate area. Drones are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

The public is invited to attend responsibly and follow the instructions of volunteers and law enforcement.
