Police and Court of Justice Collaborate on Retrieval of Confiscated Vehicles

The Police Force of Sint Maarten (KPSM) and the Court of Justice are collaborating on a project to address a large number of confiscated vehicles. Seized over several years for criminal investigations, many rightful owners have yet to claim their property despite formal requests. KPSM has been largely unsuccessful in contacting these owners to resolve the backlog.
