84 persons obtain Dutch Citizenship during third Naturalization Ceremonies of 2026

On Tuesday, June 23, 2026, 84 individuals formally obtained Dutch citizenship during the third naturalization ceremonies of the year. Held at the Cabinet of the Governor, His Excellency Mr. Ajamu G. Baly administered the declaration of allegiance to the new citizens. These individuals, ranging in age from 6 to 83, represented 18 different nationalities within the community. Governor Baly addressed the attendees, underscoring the significance of Dutch nationality, the core values of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and the associated rights and responsibilities. He also highlighted the connection with the Sint Maarten community, urging them to embody its spirit.
