2025 was wild. I told you it would be epic, and we delivered. Season 3 of the SunSide Kingdom Podcast took us deeper into the Caribbean than ever before. We hit multiple islands, sat down with some of the most creative minds in the region, and had real conversations about what it takes to build something meaningful. Each trip brought new perspectives, new connections, and moments that reminded me why this work matters. I've been reflecting a lot. That's what this time of year does. You look back at what you built, who you connected with, and where you're headed next. The guests this season brought fire. Creatives sharing their journey. Entrepreneurs breaking down how they pitch their rates without fear. DJs talking about the real money in the industry when you know your value. These weren't surface-level chats. We went deep. One thing became clear: the real friends are the family you choose. This trip proved that. There were moments that felt like home, even thousands of miles away from where I started. Jod and I had conversations about staying in the Caribbean versus leaving. She always wanted to give back from here. That made me realize something. Even when we're not physically on the islands, what we're doing still gives back. The podcast, the vlogs, the stories we share. It all connects back to the culture, the people, the drive that comes from these islands. I've learned that if you make the vision clear and put in the work, you'll get there. It might not happen overnight, but it happens. Networking still matters. Aruba taught me that again. It's a small place, so knowing people opens doors. But I apply that same principle internationally. Business comes after relationships. If I chase money first, I lose the connection. And the connection is everything. Now it's time to look forward. 2026 is coming fast. I'm setting my goals, getting ready for Q1, and preparing for what's next. But right now? Right now it's time to slow down.
