Holiday Appointed as member of the Board of Directors of the Court of Justice

Eugene Bernard Holiday has been appointed by Royal Decree to the Board of Directors of the Court of Justice, representing Sint Maarten for a five-year term. An economist and founder of The Holiday Institute, he previously served two terms as Sint Maarten's first governor, bringing significant expertise. Holiday succeeds Kelvin Bloyden, acknowledged for significant contributions to the Board and Court operations.
