Acp-SXM raises governance red flags at Gebe calls for audit of decisions

The Association for Consumer Protection St. Maarten (ACP-SXM) has called for urgent clarity regarding the governance structure of NV GEBE, the utility company. ACP-SXM President Peggy-Ann Richardson raised concerns about the utility's supervisory board and its temporary management structure. The association also requested an audit of decisions made during the 14-month tenure of former transition manager Thomas Roggendorf. This initiative, announced from Great Bay, seeks to address perceived governance issues and promote transparency and accountability for past management decisions at the utility company.
