Court convicts Zyto practitioner of sexual assault on appeal

The Joint Court of Justice has convicted ZYTO practitioner F.C. of three counts of sexual assault committed during professional consultations, overturning an earlier acquittal. F.C. abused the position of trust inherent in his therapeutic role with clients. The court applied "linking evidence," where similar complaints reinforced each other to establish the facts.
