Customs Department intensifies border security through strategic weekend operations

The Sint Maarten Customs Department conducted intensified border security operations over the weekend of June 4-6, 2026, at key entry points across the island. Officers performed extensive controls, including a 100% inspection of all inbound containers aboard a selected vessel at the harbor.
