The Food Safety division of Inspectorate VSA is responsible for assuring that all food prepared and sold in Sint Maarten is wholesome and safe for human consumption. This division actively works to uphold public health standards for consumables. They are currently emphasizing these crucial food safety measures through their CTP project.
