Department of Economic Licenses (Del) Reopens as of May 25

The Department of Economic Licenses (DEL) in Sint Maarten officially reopened for services on Monday, May 25, 2026. The DEL Front Desk, located at the Public Service Center in the Government Administration Building, will accept license applications and requests in person from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Clients must take a queue number, and only two submissions per person per day are allowed. Applicants should bring two copies of each request to receive a stamped proof of submission. Processed licenses can be collected Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
