Disney Cruise to expand St. Maarten presence following Disney Destiny's inaugural call

Disney Cruise Line is significantly expanding its presence in St. Maarten, following the Disney Destiny's inaugural call on July 1. While two Disney calls are scheduled for the current year, Minister Grisha Heyliger-Marten announced that the expansion will include three scheduled visits in 2026, approximately 14 calls in 2027, and further growth anticipated by 2028. Speaking during the inaugural visit, Minister Heyliger-Marten described the growing partnership as an important milestone, noting that Disney's fleet expansion presents a strategic opportunity for St. Maarten and Port St. Maarten.
