Egma, Egra results give St. Maarten a roadmap for education reform

St. Maarten's Minister of Education, Melissa Gumbs, presented the results of the Early Grade Reading Assessment (EGRA) and Early Grade Mathematics Assessment (EGMA) to Parliament.
