Fbe evaluation finds partial implementation, curriculum gaps and need for stronger system support

The Foundation Based Education (FBE) evaluation revealed only partial implementation of its goal to create a more equitable and student-centered system. This limited progress stemmed from significant gaps in sustained systemic support and legislative alignment. Further challenges included a lack of funding continuity and structured implementation, necessitating stronger system backing.
