First Restaurants Enroll in St. Maarten Flavors

Fifteen restaurants have quickly enrolled in the St. Maarten Flavors 2026/2027 program during its first week of enrollment. Organized by the SHTA and STB, this year-long initiative celebrates the island's diverse culinary scene and its status as the Caribbean's Culinary Capital. Now in its fifth edition, the program focuses "Beyond the Plate" to highlight the stories behind dishes and chefs.
