Gebe introduces temporary collection policy, resumes disconnections July 20

NV GEBE has introduced a Temporary Collection Policy designed to help customers bring their electricity and water utility accounts up to date. The policy offers flexible payment arrangements and customer assistance programs, aiming to enable continued service for those with outstanding balances. This initiative comes as the utility provider also announced its intent to resume service disconnections for overdue accounts, effective July 20. The collection policy is presented as a measure to support customers in managing their payments before disconnections recommence, ensuring opportunities to maintain essential services.
