Between February and April 2026, the government implemented a Joint Tax Compliance Initiative, issuing 2,253 compliance letters to businesses and taxpayers. This initiative resulted in hundreds of taxpayer submissions and company file reviews. A key outcome reported was improved revenue collections across several major tax categories.
