Discontinuation of Authorization Form for Labor Registration

Effective February 1, 2026, the Ministry of Public Health, Social Development and Labor will discontinue requiring the Authorization Form for Labor Registration. While the form will no longer be submitted, authorized individuals representing a company must still be able to present proof of their authorization upon request. Businesses are also mandated to strictly adhere to all other official labor registration documentation requirements for legal entities.
