Gumbs: Garbage tender failed because of "complete accident" of those who tendered

Minister of VROMI Patrice Gumbs informed Parliament that St. Maarten's recent garbage collection tender failed because all bidding companies made errors in their submissions. He emphasized that the collapse of the bidding process was solely due to the failures of those who tendered. Gumbs maintained that the government was not responsible for the unsuccessful tender outcome.
