Heyliger-Marten moves to end unilateral Gebe tariff decisions, Btp to get full supervisory authority

This move aims to strengthen oversight and protect consumers under the Electricity Concession Ordinance. The decree specifically addresses ending GEBE's unilateral tariff decisions, ensuring proper review processes.
