Road Fund moving forward, new plates, road tax by vehicle weight

Minister of Finance Marinka Gumbs announced plans to move forward with a dedicated Road Fund. The government will also implement improvements to road tax compliance, including the potential introduction of new license plates to replace the current, ineffective sticker system. These changes are expected to include basing road tax calculations on vehicle weight.
