The Joint Court of Justice’s 2025 Annual Report describes a year focused on renewal, strengthening, and professionalization across Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, St. Eustatius, and Saba. The Court advanced its 2025–2028 multiannual plan, emphasizing process improvements, digitalization, better public access, staff development, IT upgrades, integrity, and organizational resilience. Digital access to cassation procedures and publication processes improved. The report also notes the early departure of President Mauritsz de Kort, now Governor of Curaçao. Financially, the Court received an unqualified audit opinion and closed with a nearly neutral result of Cg. -13,000.
