Kpsm Intervenes Swiftly Following School Altercation in St. Peters Area

The Police Force of Sint Maarten (KPSM) responded to a physical altercation involving minors at a local high school in the St. Peters area on Monday, June 15th. The incident gained attention after video footage circulated on social media, prompting concerns regarding public order and the well-being of those involved. KPSM officers, including personnel from the Juvenile Department, Community Police Officers, and School Resource Officers, were made aware of the situation and observed the circulating footage. KPSM initiated immediate follow-up actions. Subsequently, a parent of one student involved reported to the Philipsburg Police Station, requesting mediation assistance regarding the incident.
