Telecommunications provider Flow has issued a public warning advising customers that the company will never request credit card details over the phone.
Customers who receive such calls are strongly advised to hang up immediately and avoid engaging with the caller. Sharing personal or financial information over unsolicited calls can lead to identity theft or financial loss.
