Residents are being urged to remain vigilant following reports of fraudulent phone calls requesting credit card information.

Telecommunications provider Flow has issued a public warning advising customers that the company will never request credit card details over the phone.

Customers who receive such calls are strongly advised to hang up immediately and avoid engaging with the caller. Sharing personal or financial information over unsolicited calls can lead to identity theft or financial loss.

Flow emphasized its commitment to customer security and encouraged anyone who encounters suspicious activity to remain cautious and report concerns through official channels.
