Minister Tackling Strengthens Justice Cooperation During Working Visit to the Netherlands

Sint Maarten's Minister of Justice, Nathalie Tackling, conducted a working visit to the Netherlands from June 8 to 12. This visit followed her participation in the 35th Session of the UN Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice (CCPCJ). The primary objective was to facilitate practical engagement with Kingdom partners and institutions, translating insights from the CCPCJ session to strengthen cooperation. During her trip, Minister Tackling met with Dutch Minister of Justice and Security David van Weel, the Director-General for Kingdom Relations, and other key officials from justice and security sectors. Discussions focused on exploring strategies relevant to Sint Maarten's ongoing justice reform agenda.
