Ministry of Justice Launches New Online Foreigners Management System

The Ministry of Justice officially launched its new online Foreigners Management System (FMS) platform on July 8, 2026. Developed and implemented by the Immigration and Border Protection Service (IBPS), this platform represents a significant stride in modernizing and digitally transforming Sint Maarten's immigration services. The system aims to deliver smarter, faster, and more secure public services, enhancing the experience for residents, employers, and legal representatives. Minister of Justice Nathalie M. Tackling highlighted that the platform provides a simpler, more efficient method for applicants to submit and track immigration applications, while also strengthening the overall quality and security of the services.
