Sailors at the 2026 Hope Ross Regatta on Sint Maarten's Simpson Bay faced unusually light and shifty winds. Despite these challenging conditions, Race Officer Joris Zweers successfully completed three races for the ILCA, Optimist, and RS Zest fleets.
