When Kim catches her partner cheating in the very home they share, her world collapses. To make matters worse, she’s recently laid off, in the middle of her degree, and just discovered she’s pregnant. Fearing the gossip of the island and her mother’s traditional views, Kim turns to her two best friends: the fiery, protective Claudia and the soulful, steady Zee. What starts as a frantic run for cover turns into a transformative night across the island—from the pastel streets of Marigot to Sandy ground. Through tears, laughter, and a fierce reality check from the legendary. I’ve had many hiccups making this film from writing, shooting, editing, picking the music and uploading in 4 days to then recast and re-edit. I’m super proud of this work of art especially being my first ever project. I truly appreciate my family and friends. Without y’all I wouldn’t have been able to see my full potential.
