Police Investigate Thursday Evening Shooting Incident

The Sint Maarten Police Force (KPSM) is investigating a shooting incident from Thursday, July 9th, at approximately 8:50 PM, which left a young male seriously injured. Police were notified after the gunshot victim was transported to the Sint Maarten Medical Center, where he is hospitalized in serious but stable condition with at least one gunshot wound to the lower abdomen. Detectives and the Forensic Department are actively gathering evidence, as the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear.
