Public notice: traffic advisory for weekend events

On Saturday, June 13, 2026, the SXM Flag Day Mini Parade will commence at 3:00 PM, impacting Philipsburg with temporary interruptions along its route from Walter Plantz Square to Cyrus Wathey Square. A second event, the Middle Region & Defiance Community Street Sale, is planned for Sunday. KPSM urges motorists, residents, and visitors to be aware of these changes, use alternative routes, and adhere to police instructions to ensure safety and mitigate traffic congestion.
