Public Prosecutor’s Office Files Appeal Against Verdicts in “Lisbon” Case

The Public Prosecutor’s Office has appealed the verdicts in the "Lisbon" criminal case, which concerns the bribery of public officials. The appeal targets the cases of former Member of Parliament R.B., R.A.D.S., and S.L.G. The PPO disagrees with the Court's legal considerations and the sentence, following the partial proving of bribery charges.
