Szv reports successful first quarter for senior priority hours and in-person services

SZV Social & Health Insurances in Sint Maarten reported positive first-quarter results for its 'Senior Priority Hours' and overall in-person service improvements, following a review of data from January to April 2026. The 'Senior Priority Hours,' introduced in late January, aims to enhance access and provide dedicated support for clients aged 60 and above, with initial results indicating the program is meeting its goals and contributing to client satisfaction. During the first quarter, SZV recorded over 4,499 in-person visits across its departments, with March seeing the highest volume due to requests for Wage Tax cards. A newly implemented Kiosk ticketing system has improved visibility into client flow and wait times.
