Tax Administration Welcomes Five Bopp Students

The Tax Administration welcomed five students participating in the Business Outreach and Placement Program (BOPP) for the month of July. Organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Youth and Sport (ECYS), this initiative places students within the Tax Administration's Business Unit and Income Tax Unit. The program aims to provide students with practical workplace experience and insight into daily operations. Mrs. Sharon Washington, Section Head of the Business Unit, stated that the placement offers valuable exposure to the workplace and introduces students to opportunities within the tax sector. The objective is to inspire future educational and career pursuits, enhance skills and confidence, and foster a better understanding of public service.
