Smcu Board willing to meet with Hato & Telem’s management to discuss the company’s situation

The St. Maarten Communication Union (SMCU) has expressed willingness to meet with Telem's management and Mr. Hato to discuss the company's financial situation. SMCU stresses that Telem, as a public company, requires accountability, transparency, and management in the national interest. While aware of serious financial concerns, the Union has refrained from publicly disclosing sensitive details to protect Telem's competitive market position.
