Vromi officially opens billy folly first public private partnership pilot

The Ministry of VROMI officially opened Billy Folly Road, marking its first successful Public-Private Partnership (PPP) pilot project. This collaboration with local businesses funded significant upgrades, including new sidewalks, a concrete subsurface, and asphalt, creating a safer road. Additional funding is still being procured to address the area's long-standing drainage issues.
