PHILIPSBURG--Dr. Joe Alcalá, a Curaçao-born medical doctor educated at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands and with extensive professional experience in the Caribbean, has been appointed Interim Inspector General at the Inspectorate of Public Health Social Development and Labour IVSA.
