Where Culture Lives Concludes: Caribbean Cultural Research & Artists Inspire Future Collaboration

The "Where Culture Lives" research project, commissioned by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science (OCW) and executed by Lemonade & partners, concluded with a symposium in The Hague. The event convened policymakers, researchers, cultural organizations, and artists from across the Kingdom. This initiative delivered the first baseline study on cultural practices in Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Sint Eustatius, and Sint Maarten. The research, which included over 580 survey respondents and 131 key informants, provides new insights into how culture is practiced, experienced, transmitted, and sustained in the Caribbean parts of the Kingdom, aiming to inspire future collaboration among participants.
